When you choose a report in preview mode this floating toolbar appears. It enables you to go to the first page, previous page, a particular page number, next page, last page, change the zoom (magnification) of the preview, close the preview, or print the report.

Have a name but don't know a family number? Press F3 from anywhere in the program and the following window will pop up, enabling you to scroll through a list of all the families entered in the database. Handy when someone forgot to write their number on an order form.

Need a calculator? Press F4, and this will pop up on the screen:
