Partial list of features added to MANNA-ger program in versions 2.8 (1997) & 2.9 (1998)
& Windows versions 3.0 (1999) & 3.1 (2001)

• All reports can be previewed before printing.  (3.0)
• Single pages can be printed from many multi-page reports.  (3.1)
• The size of the name fields in the family/account file have been increased.  (3.0)
• An Account_ID field has been added to the family/account file.  (3.0)
• More family lists or address labels based on various criteria (active, inactive, future, registration, etc.) (2.9)
• 3-up address labels.  (3.1)
• We added a ‘quick re-registration’ function for individual families and a mass re-registration function that resets all families to one expiration date. An (optional) request is printed on the order label reminding the family to re-register. (2.9)
• The program will tabulate certificate orders for up to 25 separate brokers. A tabulation sheet is printed for each broker that certificates have been ordered from. Included on the order tabulation sheet is your school’s name, address, and contact person, and the broker’s name, address, and telephone numbers. The program can also generate a text file that can be imported into a word processor for faxing to brokers. (2.8)
• 3-up certificate and voucher distribution labels. There is an optional 'please re-register' message on the distribution labels, and an option to print an previously-earned message (3.1)
• On sub-menu 13 you will find the options necessary to add, update, and delete broker information, and the certificate file display shows a broker code and name. On sub-menu 15 option 1 you can enter the school’s contact person & phone numbers. This info appears on the order tabulation sheets. (2.8)
• Up to 9999 certificates are allowed in certificate order entry, and fractional dollar certificates are now possible - $1.50, $4.95, or any size you want. (2.9)
• When a certificate order is entered by pressing F10 or <end>, the program displays a summary of the order (up to 17 lines) on the screen. (2.9)

• A utility that allows you to transfer part or all of a families earned balance to another family/account. The earnings statements report the transfer on both the ‘from’ and ‘to’ ends of the transaction. (2.8)
• It is optional to reset the tuition paid flag when resetting totals. (2.8)
• You can have up to 9999 voucher businesses (increased from 36). (2.9)
• The voucher entry screen has been revised to include several new features. The 20 most recently used voucher codes are displayed on the screen, and a complete list can be viewed by pressing F4. If you are processing a large number of vouchers from one business, F8 can be used to duplicate the code, check, and amount. (2.8)
• A portion of a voucher’s earnings can optionally be retained by the school. (2.9)
• There are options to view (without printing) certificate sales, voucher, and summary history data. (2.9)
• MANNA-ger 3.0 is fully Y2K compliant.  (3.0)

Some of these were added in direct response to users requests, others were added by us because we thought they would be useful to our customers.
